super relaxed experience and very genuine... Some places you can tell they want you to spend your money but I found your honesty refreshing - I paid much less than I have ever paid for any kind of service to my hair in my life. I am happy with my new look and it was really really overdue. Thanks for making it a painless experience and going way above and beyond by accommodating my schedule on your day off. When I came for my appointment, I felt like I was hanging with a girlfriend, she’s so friendly and bubbly, but she knows her stuff! I left with a brand new look, and couldn’t be happier!
