This review is for their online website. I ordered a hair oil on there and received the first email stating my order has been received Almost two weeks go by and no email or shipment. I contacted the salon and Jeff was the only helpful person and tried to get a hold of the online sales representative. I thought I couldn’t go blonder but Luis was able to prove me wrong. His work looks natural on me and i look like a blond bombshell. He’s extremely focused and professional. He doesn’t mess around. Price was a luxury worth while. My blonde locks are worth every penny. Customer service was excellent, and the end results were fabulous! LUIS LUIS LUIS 😊❤️
