Thao is genuinely so talented. This is only the second haircut I've ever gotten from her, but she's so knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to Asian hairstyling. She's always super sweet and helpful and is very transparent with the products she uses and her styling technique so you can recreate it at home. I had an appointment with May-Linh, and she was beyond amazing. She was super sweet and knowledgeable about both the products and treatments that would be best for my hair type.
