Editing my review as they did reach out to try and make it right and while I'm still disappointed and stressed I'm crashing out slightly less. 1) deep conditioning treatment is just a hair mask. Unfortunately my hair is as porous as glass, so masks don't take without the full primer to mask to hood dryer process of other salons I've been to. I went back to crispy and frizzy within one day, whereas other treatments have left lasting hydration and smoothness for 2+ weeks. Same descriptions, VERY different products and procedur... read more
