Editing my review as they did reach out to try and make it right and while I'm still disappointed and stressed I'm crashing out slightly less. 1) deep conditioning treatment is just a hair mask. Unfortunately my hair is as porous as glass, so masks don't take without the full primer to mask to hood dryer process of other salons I've been to. I was supposed to be getting a Curly hair mask, mind you, CURLY hair mask, and ended up with a blow out and heated curls. Do not recomend for the curly haired girlys.
