Established in 1972. Opening originally in 1972 Persia's Haircutting Salon started as a small two seat barber shop on Thayer St. It was run successfully for many years by its owner Mario Persia. In July of 2004 one of the shops lead stylists, Wassim Chedid, bought the shop from Mario. In January of 2005 he converted it into an elegant European style salon with six chairs, two washing stations, a front desk and a comfortable waiting area.
