unprofessional. very clear what the vibe is the second you walk in. If you don’t look like their clientele and stylists stay far away.
I contemplated writing this review because I don’t want to fault anyone but at the same time maybe someone will learn from my mistake. I went in to see if I would be a good candidate for a digital perm. I wanted waves, just enough for texture and volume. stylist stated that they would start about half way. I was told a cold perm would be best for me and tighter curls because of my fine hair. A digital perm wouldn’t hold the curl. I trusted the stylist.
