I was really surprised by my entire experience at salon per se, and when I got home and really inspected my haircut, I cried. It will take many months to fix my hair from the haircut. From start to finish it wasn't like any experience I've had before. During the hair wash they didn't condition my hair, I have wavy hair which needs conditioning or it get tangled. Jack is the master of his trade! I came to this salon more than a year ago because of a bad haircut I got elsewhere. Jack was able to make it look so much better without taking off too much length. He is THE best in creating a great shape! Since then, I've gone to him for various other cuts (Pinterest images in hand) and have always been pleased. This is my second time here for a Korean cold perm and I love it! Jack is amazing at explaining the steps he is going to do to get your hair to what you want to acheive. He explains the best way to care for your perm. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!
