I recently visited this salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall, which is why I’d rate it a 3 out of 5. To start with the positives, the salon itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and I didn’t have to wait long. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation + perm + haircut 10-days in advance of my scheduled appointment. The earliest available appointment was at 6:30pm. I included in my meeting notes “if this time is too late for a perm + cut, please let me know so I can reschedule”. I confirmed the appointment via email a week in advance.j I confirmed the appointment once again via text link 48-hours in advance. I made plans for my day around the 6:30 appointment. Alexander originally permed my hair about 6 months ago, he did such an amazing job and I still have some waves even after all that time. He just recently cut my hair and bangs and I absolutely love it, would def recommend him
