This first review was for Eve 9 months ago, not Vanessa who butchered my haircut about a month ago my experience was shockingly horrible. Vanessa didn't cut my hair as requested and was so very distracted socializing with co-workers I had to wear a hat for 2 1/2 weeks after the bad cut. When you show a picture of the style you want you expect it to be close not so far off it was embarrassing. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon. I would like a REFUND!!
