I’ve been going to Cô Mỹ (owner) and her husband for 5+ years as she does a great job with my hair and is always meticulous. It is rare to get a women’s haircut for less than $30 and on top of that be good quality, but Salon One offers both. Make sure to call in advance because she’s very busy.
Hair treatment from chị Thuy. The price is reasonable for Olaplex hair treatment for only $50. At not rushing time, I guess my result will come out better.
