Loveeeee Nikki. I went to another salon in Utica for highlights and it was terrible. I left with uneven bright yellow streaks all over. Nikki got me in the same day and fixed my hair. I've only been scheduling with her. Then, the Utica location closed so I tried another salon and again, terrible highlights. I ended up box dying my hair and now I drive out to Clinton just for Nikki.

Yesterday I went and for a cut and highlights. The first pic was my inspo and the other three are what I walked out with. $300 and 3.5hrs later, I have a mullet. My hair was thinned so much that there is hardly any to work with to even try to fix it. There is a random short layer that goes halfway around my head that doesn’t blend with anything else.
