The salon itself is wonderful, and I always have a pleasant experience there when I check in, etc. but, Michaela is a goddess incarnate. She is the only person I would trust with my hair at this point in my life (my hair is curly and I have had many a bad hair cut). She takes the time to actually get to know you and your lifestyle, evaluates how a certain cut will work with your features, and is hilarious and wonderful in addition to being superlative in a professional sense. I can't praise her enough.
