I try not to post bad reviews, but Peggy absolutely destroyed my hair. I've been crying all night and all morning because im stuck with the worst haircut of my entire life. Did not listen to what I wanted and proceeded to continue to make it worse and blame it on my hair. I hope nobody goes into this salon unless they want to end up like me having a mental breakdown because their hair is so bad to the point of unfixable.
Jen and Peggy are both very knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented. Great to have such quality service right here in the center of Lake Bluff!

I actually enjoyed getting my hair dyed here. However, I was told I could get the name of the dye Jen used on me if I swing by the store only to be informed "absolutely not" when my husband came in for me. I paid for the service. I should know what she used. Thanks, Peggy and Jen for letting the public know how unprofessional you can be.
This salon is amazing. Jen listened to everything I wanted done with my color and went above and beyond to make it happen. Peggy is the owner and is beyond talented and knowledgeable and the two of them combined have outshone every Chicago hair salon I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to them all.
