Had a picture but not sure if it would suit me but wanted to change my look. Susan did a fabulous job and ensured I was comfortable each step of the process.
Poor customer service and no regard for their clients time. Last time my appointment was for 2pm, didn’t get in the chair until 2:40pm, because she over booked herself, and tried fitting a “quick” colour just before my appointment. This time (and not the first for this), called to book an appointment, only to be told “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes” with no call back, and no follow up call to voicemail I left. Booked an appointment on February 23, 2025 for 4:00pm for my daughter and I on March 12, 2025. I book at 4 because I have to go after work. We had to book so far away because that was their first available spot for the 2 of us at 4:00. Today was the day of the appointment and to be diligent, I called at 2:44 to see if they were still cash only or if they accepted debit. The lady on the phone said it depended on the stylist.
