Crystal is my salon expert, and she has colored my hair white. I love it. I tried a couple of other hairdressers in Charlotte, but they gave me gray hair and blonde hair instead of white. Crystal listens and has the ability to get your hair the color you want. I highly recommend her.
Worth every penny, from cuts, highlights and keratin treatments, to color, this place delivers.
Chuck or Craig is awful!
We love Crystal and she always does an amazing job! Both my kids who are 14 & 16 also see her, and she does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this salon!!!🤩🤩
Went here for 17 years and was apparently fired as a client without notice. With the move and name change from Uptown Retreat, I wasn't sure how to book with anyone other than Chuck or Craig. I saw Chuck and had an amazing haircut. You have to book online, and it offers you 'any provider', so the next time when I couldn't get in to see Chuck, I tried Craig.
