I love this salon! I have never had any issues with getting an appointment and I absolutely love the girls here! I Personally am glad the Groupon customers had to wait and they gave their loyal clients appointments first, because when I call in they can't always get me in right away and I usually prebook so I don't have this problem. My color is beautiful and I am a red head so I have had dreadful experiences with other salons, one with a number for a name, and I haven't here. Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. Just like the other reviewer on here, I also bought the groupon from them. I could not get them on the phone, so i went to the salon to set something up. The very rude receptionist told me to sit and wait. As I was sitting in the lobby, I heard the receptionist on the phone scheduling appointments for customers. When she was finished on the phone she asked how she could help, I then mentioned my groupon (BIG MISTAKE) and she proceeded to give me some story about everybody using their gro... read more
