I had an appointment several months ago that was fantastic, and I was looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, I accidentally missed a recent appointment. When I tried to rebook and apologized for the mistake, I was denied through the app. The stylist then informed me that I should find another stylist because her schedule is tightly booked for clients who can commit to appointments. Oceana is absolutely wonderful. From the first time I met her it felt like talking to a friend. She is always happy to accommodate when schedules line up and makes the whole experience enjoyable. We’ve bonded over mutual hobbies and interests, and it makes every visit something I genuinely look forward to.

I went here to get a new haircut in February (long straight hair down to a bob), and it is hands down the best one I have ever had! I have gotten more compliments than I can ever remember after a haircut. Oceana did a phenomenal job, was so easy to talk to, and was happy to take the time to carefully go through every step of the cut to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
