I had an appointment several months ago that was fantastic, and I was looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, I accidentally missed a recent appointment. When I tried to rebook and apologized for the mistake, I was denied through the app. The stylist then informed me that I should find another stylist because her schedule is tightly booked for clients who can commit to appointments.
