I went to this salon for a bleach. My scalp started to burn. The stylist had to rinse out the bleach. As per this stylist, the color was not light enough so she reapplied bleach. The end result was white hair after two toners. I was not happy with this color. The stylist booked me to come back one week having to wear my hat everyday embarrassed with having white hair.
