6 months ago I was getting a color service here. The stylist was distracted and constantly kept leaving while my scalp was burning. I left the salon after the owner cut my hair, with a bright red tender scalp. The next day my hair was matted to my head, I had sores and flaking all over my scalp. I contacted the stylist via instagram immediately and was met with unhelpful advice to just “wait and see.” I have gotten lightener services all over as well as done it myself for 10 years. we were running late so informed , so appreciate for taking us. but i am not happy with hair ( blow dry, a little curl) not a detailed work, looks just ok. & within an hour the curl came off & hair looks flat...now the price...ufff $65 !!!! was told it starts with $40....& i dont mind paying extra if the service is up to the mark, anyways...would have to think to re-visit this place.
