I had a cut and color from Gwen. I loved the cut but felt the color was a little dark for my taste. I called and was told to come in to see Gwen. When I arrived Gwen had already mixed color to add highlights. She was more than happy to see me satisfied . The highlights made a huge difference.. This will forever be my go to Salon. Friendly warm staff.

I had my usual salon cancel on me, but I still wanted to get my hair done — the woman at the front desk here was so helpful and they were able to accommodate me. I’m so glad I came to Salon NY! Brianna gave me the hair color of my dreams. She is incredibly detailed, professional, and so easy to talk to. I truly cannot say enough great things about her. I also got a haircut from another stylist, and it turned out great as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

It was easy to make an appointment. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I had a keratin done and I am very happy with the results.

From the moment you walk in you are met with warm friendly faces. Sabrina and her staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. Sabrina did my cut and color and she is a master at her craft. She listens to you and delivers! I have never been happier with my hair and get lots of compliments. I always leave looking and feeling better than I did going in!

I lost so much hair. This is a sad review bc I really liked what Lorenzo did for the one day! This woman (Jennifer) that works at this salon ruined my hair completely! She did my highlights for 5 hours!!!!! I didnt publish this review bc of the salon owner was so nice and contacted me so soon. With that said it’s not the owners fault but will never go back to that place
