They were rude, no one spoke when I walked in or asked if a needed anything. I sat there and waited since two ladies were with clients and one lady just came in and was setting up her station. A few minutes later A Hispanic couple walks and they were greeted and asked about being assisted. I still waited to see if I would be acknowledged, nothing was said, so I had to ask do you all do walk ins because the sign says walk-ins welcome. One lady said they don't do my kind of hair. I came here after trying to get a haircut at African - American barbers ( black) . The black barbers at seven other locations had various excuses from not accepting walk-in appointments, or first time cut fees. This salon took me in and treat me without prejudice or complications. Cut my head bald, trim my mustache and carried on with business as if I were one of their own. It literally brought me to tears while getting my haircut. Thank you. The haircut was more than just your services, but you welcoming me in.
