They were rude, no one spoke when I walked in or asked if a needed anything. I sat there and waited since two ladies were with clients and one lady just came in and was setting up her station. A few minutes later A Hispanic couple walks and they were greeted and asked about being assisted. I still waited to see if I would be acknowledged, nothing was said, so I had to ask do you all do walk ins because the sign says walk-ins welcome. One lady said they don't do my kind of hair.
