As Mother of the Groom, I made a hair and make up appointment 3 months in advance for my son's wedding. The salon confirmed the appointment the day before. However, I receive a call at 8 AM the day of the wedding saying Meghan, the stylist/make up artist, is not coming in and my appt was cancelled!! Since I live out-of-state, they did not try to help get me another appt somewhere else or offer to squeeze me in at another location.
