Horrible cut, horrible customer service. It was so uneven when I got home. When I booked the apt I made sure they knew I wanted it cut dry and that the stylist would be okay with it. They said no problem. Well the day of the stylist did nothing but complain the whole time about how she prefers to cut it wet. When I got home and did it myself it was laughably uneven. Even my fiance couldn’t understand how it got cut so bad. Wasn’t about to give them a second chance so went elsewhere to get it fixed.
Meghan and Paige could not have made my day more perfect. They are the absolute kindest and most professional salon I’ve worked with. They have such sweet, calming, and hospitable personalities. Ellen was also great and Hannah fixed my nail last minute on my wedding day! Everyone was such a joy. My bridal party equally loved them. 10/10 no notes 🔥🔥🔥

Paige did my hair and when I was upset about the color and cut she gaslit me by telling me it was just the lighting and it looked like the inspo I showed her. She told me there was nothing she could do to fix it without ruining my hair and then said she’d get her manager. I was so distraught after inches of my hair were cut off and my hair was basically orange I walked out. BAMMBI is my queen🩷 I went in blind after moving back to town and was so lucky I ended up in her chair. She is a very careful and thoughtful stylist. She asks all the right questions to make sure she fully understands my vision while prioritizing the health of my hair. She also washed and styled my hair for me for a few weeks after I had a major surgery and couldn’t do it myself. She even braided my hair for surgery! Above and beyond service.
