I asked for a French bob and even showed a reference photo, but the stylist gave me a pixie cut instead. It felt like she completely ignored what I asked for and just did whatever she wanted with my hair. This was a really bad experience and extremely disappointing, especially when you trust someone with your hair and are clear about what you want. I would not recommend this salon—especially if you have nice hair and are particular about your cut.

I’m never coming here again I had a very bad experience and they almost left me half bald.
