Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I spent over $70 for what was honestly the worst nail service I’ve ever received in my life. I made an appointment for 10:00 AM and didn’t even get started until 10:30. I left at 12:50 PM after only getting a simple powder dip manicure with tips. Almost 3 hours for a basic service is ridiculous. The nail techs clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They cut my cuticles and the sides of my fingers badly enough that I was BLEEDING. Havdir was so nice and really did a great job fixing my botched mess I tried to grow out for a year. He definitely took off more than I was hoping for, but to be fair the previous person who did my hair really messed it up and I kind of had a feeling it was going to have to have more done to even it out. The only reason I gave this a 2 star is because the lady in the front is very nice. This is the first time I’ve gotten my hair done that I came out like an amateur did my hair. My hair was blown out so bad that some parts of my hair were not even blow dry? I had a wedding to go to that night and I had to redo my entire hair. Never again. 70 dollars down the drain.
This salon is the best of both worlds' small town treatments with big city service. It's family owned, so you get that love and five-star treatment from a family owned business. The staff is professional and really works hard at making sure that you are comfortable and happy with the service. You get a complimentary conditioning treatment with your highlights, so it's a great time to add a manicure and pedicure to your schedule when you make your appointment.
