I don’t usually leave reviews for businesses but this was such a bad experience I had to make an exception. I went in for a partial Highlight and haircut and what I left with was two short pieces in the front and a random sideburns looking piece on one side of my head. My highlights were also yellow. The true disappointment came when I asked for a refund (for at least the full price of the haircuts) and was offered $55 for a $90 haircut. If you’re looking for a great stylist, go see Leena! She did a partial balayage and layered cut for me, and it looks beautiful. She was so sweet and friendly throughout the appointment. I also really appreciated that she recommended quality products to help maintain my hair's health. 10/10 experience!
