Went for a haircut recently after 5 months of letting it grow out. Jieun was absolutely fantastic with great care and attention to detail and gave me a look that made me feel ready for summer. All the staff were welcoming and the salon was clean and cozy. Would recommend.
Jieun is a life saver when it comes to fixing hair. I had an unbalanced haircut and she helped me re-balance my hair. She’s extremely detail oriented and helped me achieve the haircut that I wanted. I recently got my hair done here and overall the salon itself is very welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff are all very respectful, and the owner, Monzer, takes the time to personally come around, say hello, and make clients feel welcomed, which I really appreciated. I came in asking for partial highlights and a bronde almost auburn chestnut color inspired by a reference photo, hoping for a softer, more blended look, less ashy. They really know how to make you feel comfortable. Mallette greets you and makes you feel welcome. Monzer listens to you and looks at you and knows what is right. I am so glad my daughter introduced me to Monzer. Just going there and hearing the way everyone is comfortable with each other. They are family.
