I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. My hair was seriously messed up, and what was even more frustrating was the lack of care or urgency afterward. Instead of making an effort to accommodate me and fix the situation, I was contacted only when it was convenient for them. When a salon makes a mistake, I believe the least they can do is take responsibility, communicate properly, and make an effort to accommodate the client. Dont go here if you have shorter hair. Went here to try to get a trim/shape up on a wavy pixie cut that im trying to grow out and was treated rudely - like they were shocked I even showed up to their business. At least they were honest that they dont have the skill set to perform shorter haircuts
