I had my life’s worst experience at this salon few days back. I asked the Aria to give my hair a shoulder cut with some nice long layers. She did not listen to me and started cutting my hair non stop. When she was done I was almost crying looking at my hair. I had beautiful long hair and i have lost all of those because of her madness. Please do not waste your money going to her. You will regret it later.
I had my haircut done. My friend recommended this place to me, and I am super glad I came here. Aria was super gentle; I almost fell asleep. Loved my hair afterward. Recommend 10/10
Salon Monika is the absolute worst place to get a haircut. Although Aria seems very nice, she does not actually listen to what you want. I had almost hip length hair and wanted 1 inch off and walked out with almost 7 inches off my hair. I had also asked for long layers and a U cut which she did not listen to and now I have a V cut. She also thinned my hair without my permission saying it was “too heavy”. I am absolutely enraged and definitely do not recommend!
Customer service is great. However they don’t listen to what you want and just keep cutting. The lady tried to give me bangs. I had to ask her to stop cutting twice because she just wanted to keep adding more and more layers and cut my bangs shorter then she had already cut them. She gave me an old lady hair cut and style. I’m 44 not 84 she literally just kept cutting. I even showed her inspirational pictures. 10/10 do not recommend
My daughter loves her new hair style. Service is really good.
