I had a 2pm appointment, my GPS took me to the wrong location. I called ahead letting them know the earliest I could arrive would be 2:45pm due to the issue with my GPS. They said that would be too late, I was still charged the complete amount for my appointment. I understand having a late cancellation/ rescheduling fee, but that should only be a percentage of the total appointment not the total charge. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON YOUR BUSINESS. Thank you Salon Monet! Salon Monet on Newbury St, Boston changed my world! I got a complete makeover at Salon Monet..colored my hair from Black to Blonde &got a completely new hair cut! The prices are affordable and the stylists are super friendly. I recommend this to everyone now!
Salon Monet- Newbury Street- Boston, Ma I recently attended a large corporate function about a month ago. I wanted to look great & thought why not go have my hair done professionally. I decided to go to Salon Monet in Boston, Ma on Newbury Street to have an updo. I was so pleased with the service I got there. The staff was extremely friendly & the prices were very affordable. It was a last minute decision and I was still able to book an appointment! Thanks Salon Monet!
Dubious Business Practices The salon is cozy and neat and my stylist seasoned and good at what she does. My hair looks great. However, the business practices of the salon are questionable at best. As you come up the stairs you'll see much of the personnel on their phones. Also, I have a dispute about what I was quoted for the services and what I eventually paid.
