I had a 2pm appointment, my GPS took me to the wrong location. I called ahead letting them know the earliest I could arrive would be 2:45pm due to the issue with my GPS. They said that would be too late, I was still charged the complete amount for my appointment. I understand having a late cancellation/ rescheduling fee, but that should only be a percentage of the total appointment not the total charge. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON YOUR BUSINESS.
