Salon Monaco is the best beauty salon in Carpinteria! Crescent gave me the best haircut and highlights I've ever had! She even took the time to teach me how to duplicate my look at home. It's nice to finally find a great hair salon.
Great place for cuts and color. Friendly, professional staff. Great prices.
