I stopped by to ask about getting a quick braid since my arm is broken after a car accident and the lady at the front desk was really rude and told me that no one would be able to help me until at least three days later and they would have to call me back. I understand that salons can be busy but I just wanted a really simple braid so that my hair doesn't get matted while I am recovering.

Service is generally good, but I was charged half the fee for a cancellation even though I never received the appointment confirmation. They had sent it to a different phone number and were unwilling to update it or even reschedule the appointment. I feel they could have been more flexible in a situation like this, especially for a returning customer. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed and have decided not to continue the relationship.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jazzmynn at Salon Refine! She’s so sweet and I really appreciated how she walked me through different options for my haircut and color, explaining what would suit my hair type best. The results turned out beautiful and I highly recommend her!

I love getting my reservation cancelled 4 times, spending more than 3 days trying to book an appointment.

Had such a great experience getting my hair cut by HoMing! I have a lot of hair, and he was so patient, attentive, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. I felt super taken care of the whole time, you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The whole experience was relaxing, thoughtful, and honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend (:
