I saw Jazzmyn to get my hair lightened after not having it done for years, and she did AMAZING!! We went with a balayage that’s going to be low maintenance and work with me while I grow my hair out and IM IN LOVE! She did amazing! I will definitely be returning

Emily is the best! It can be hard to find stylists in Seattle who specialize in Black curly/coily hair so finding her was amazing. I love bleaching and dyeing my bold hair fashion colors and Emily gave me exactly what I asked for plus a cute curly cut to match. Thank you!

I stopped by to ask about getting a quick braid since my arm is broken after a car accident and the lady at the front desk was really rude and told me that no one would be able to help me until at least three days later and they would have to call me back. I understand that salons can be busy but I just wanted a really simple braid so that my hair doesn't get matted while I am recovering.

Service is generally good, but I was charged half the fee for a cancellation even though I never received the appointment confirmation. They had sent it to a different phone number and were unwilling to update it or even reschedule the appointment. I feel they could have been more flexible in a situation like this, especially for a returning customer. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed and have decided not to continue the relationship.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jazzmynn at Salon Refine! She’s so sweet and I really appreciated how she walked me through different options for my haircut and color, explaining what would suit my hair type best. The results turned out beautiful and I highly recommend her!
