Yuko went out of her way to make sure that I got the result I was looking for. Lovely salon with very friendly and knowledgeable stylists.
The hairstylist was nice; however, the haircut turned out really bad. She styled my hair nicely after the cut, so I couldn’t tell whether it was good or bad at the time. But after one wash, my hair had no shape or layers, and the ends were very chunky. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed because I couldn’t bear it (it almost looked like I had chopped my own hair shorter). I paid $150 for this cut, and it was definitely not worth the price.
