Usually get my hair cut at this salon and always loved it then decided to get it coloured for my wedding (3weeks from now) and was not pleased. I booked a balayage and showed specific photos of what I wanted during consultation AND actual appointment, which included money pieces and thicker blonde pieces throughout. I had a very bad experience today with Suzan. I asked for blow dry and curls , explained that my hair is fine and need volume and a good hold . She barely spoke to me and for my surprise, the curls were non existent! She didn’t try to tease the top to give me any volume. I looked unhappy and she didn’t try to even ask if i am satisfied. By the time i went to my car, my hair was looking very thin and flat :(( I didn’t get a hair wash but they insisted on me paying for it as it is same price whether i got my hair washed or not... read more
