Went in for a "consultation" but she immediately cut 2" off without even discussing it with me. After I told Abby I bought a Groupon she charged me an additional $115....for what im not sure. She tried to talk me out of what I wanted then proceeded to basically argue with me that what I wanted wasn't what everyone else does... The low-light color I wanted was NOT what I received, I even had to go back 2 days later to fix what she did to my hair......color and obvious streaks that weren't even the same on either side.
