I don't even know where to start with this salon. I wanted to treat my employee since she has been doing amazing work for me. I heard about Salon Mia from another former employee who had her hair done here. I remembered her hair looking pretty nice afterwards. Maybe I should have asked her which stylist she had. My employee had her hair done by the owner, Cecilia/Mia. I thought the owner would have more experience and that my employee would be in good hands. Ivan is an amazing professional I love the way he treats my hair.
Customer service was great, I seen other customers walk out with great haircuts and styles. However I asked for a simple trim of my bangs that stops right at my eyebrows. Walked out with uneven bangs stopping an inch above my eyebrows. Again great customer service, friendly workers, and great people that I’m sure know what they’re doing, just seem to fall short with mine which was again just a simple trim.
