I went for first time fir a single color process which was $165, and did not realize that it didn’t include blow dry. So when i realized and asked for the blow dry they told me they had someone out and they could not do it but i could do it myself with their hair dryer.
Barbara and Michael are my Christmas miracle! I messed up not ONE but TWO blowout appointments before my company holiday party… the second being a miscommunication about which Mario Russo location (surprise surprise… I showed up to the wrong one with 45 mins to spare). As soon as I told Barbara what was going on, she immediately went into problem solving mode. She offered to uber me to their other location, but I lamented there wouldn’t be enough time. I went to Mario Russo for the first time and had an AMAZING experience with Barbara. I have been looking for a go-to hair stylist for a while since moving to Boston, and after reading other great reviews, booked an appointment. Barbara was super fun, down to earth, and professional. She did such a great job on my hair. I will definitely be back!
