I have gorgeous color, cuts & body every time l walk out the door. Yet, l've extraordinarily fine, thinning hair. I'm 76yo! Nobody thinks my hair looks that way. I've lived many places, nowhere have l looked this lovely!!

My wife has been going to Marc Harris for many years and, unfortunately with our recent experience, we will not be going back. She asked for natural blonde highlights which is her typical style. She was left with obvious brush strokes in her hair as highlights that aren’t even touching near the root never mind it doesn’t look the least bit natural. Horrifying. I went on a Monday when they offer reduced price for “model” i had a 230 appointment they asked if i could come in an hour early. And i agreed. 15 minutes into having my foils in the ride bully manager tell all the girls she has to leave and they can’t stay there alone. The girl quickly washes the foils out half my hair was not processed. And tells me “she” wants you to go pay. I told her i was not paying until my hair was finished.
