It's only cozy if you're comfortable there, which you won't be. it's cramped, too warm, and has a chemical smell which will give anyone with a decent sense of smell a headache. Took my auntie there for Valentine's to get anything she wanted because hey it said 5 stars so it had to be good right? Nope slow service and mediocre work for the price.
