I have been to both Monique and Punkin through the years. Both very professional and if your looking for an experienced stylist then this is the place. Punkin always comes through with any style I need, I just let her do her thing because half the time I dont know what I want! The shop is very comfortable, relaxing, music selection is top tier for all age groups, very very clean inside.
I had a visit with punkin and her customer service was phenomenal, but now that a week has passed since my service I can see my cut more better and it’s a little choppy and too low on one side, I usually can walk around with my pixie un-styled, but not now. If my hair was a defect, it wasn’t brought to my attention. In my appointment she kept insisting on putting curls on my head in which I declined a few times and said It’s never been for me, but she said, “I just have to bump it, it doesn’t feel right”.
