I highly recommend Valencia… the service is second to none and she exceeds my expectations every time.
Every time I go get my hair done by Valencia, she never disappoints me. She is always making sure it’s done right and takes her time. Her shampoo makes you feel like you’re in heaven!! She treats you like family and is really sweet. I’m always getting compliments on my hair and recommending her because you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Valencia at Salon Luxe.
I went to Lisaterri to get a wash and retwist for my locs. She also styled it which it looked really nice. But I explained that I do have some dry spots on my scalp that I would like to really work on. I explained what I use and what I do with my hair before coming to her. Recently had a silk press service done by Valencia Ford and I left disappointed to say the least. Firstly it states on her booking site that a steam treatment is included in the service, in which I never received. During the shampoo and conditioning process this stylist was BEYOND rough, combing my wet hair from root to end, ripping my hair as she went.
