My sister recommended me this place and was very excited to try it out. I booked my haircut with Taylor Bass and I don’t understand how this business is allowing clients to book with her. She’s clearly very inexperienced and it should be known on the website when you go book. She completely messed up my hair and did not know what she was doing. I felt like I was being brushed off my hair cut took less than 15 mins and she did not even show me how the back of hair looked like. She kept asking after each cut “is this okay?” Wh... read more

I put off finding a stylist for over a year after moving to NC. Thank goodness I found Taylor. She gave me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I will be going back soon for color

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Trinity, and I can’t recommend her enough! She was incredibly informative, friendly, and flexible, even accommodating me the morning of Thanksgiving. Trinity was very considerate of my special circumstances, as I’m pregnant, and even used an alternative product that was best suited for me. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
