Today I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Vanessa. The experience from the very first day I went in to make my appointment with the owner was friendly and professional. Vanessa was able to get me in the very next day. Vanessa was amazing and did an amazing job on my hair. Thank you
Worst salon experience I've ever had. The stylist butchered my hair, ignored what I asked for, and acted annoyed when I pointed out the mistakes. The tools looked dirty, the place was a mess, and not once did I feel like a valued customer. To make it worse, all you hear while sitting there is the staff loudly gossiping about other clients and random people—like their lives are so dull that talking about others is the only thing keeping them entertained. I gotta say I typically don’t leave reviews, but I do feel an obligation to do so this time. I’ve been to the salon twice now and both times have been great. I’ve always had very short buzz cuts (barbershops last 16 years.) but over the last year and half I’ve let my hair get long. I found out that I have natural curly hair and so everyone knows it can be challenging to find the right person to trim/cut it. Both times I’ve been here they’ve taken good care of my hair.
