I am not one to complain but I am just appalled at the events that occurred today. I had a confirmed appointment booked with James Hearon at 5:00. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited for my scheduled appointment by his salon door, as requested. At 5:05 I reached out to him letting him know I was waiting. 20 minutes later he texts me that he has been unavailable all day. James Hearon is by far the worst hair stylist I’ve ever dealt with. Constantly moves appointments, horrible service, and one time he literally almost passed out while doing my hair from all his drug use the night before. DO NOT GO HERE.
