I got there at 9, the door was locked and no one was there. As I was leaving a Karen mean mugged me and unlocked the door to go inside. She didnt say a word. She didn't want to establish a positive interaction and create a possible recurring customer with me. She had better things to do

The stylist Jenn Keeps canceling on me after multiple times trying to get scheduled and it’s always a different excuse or sometimes no excuse at all and it’s not clear as to why she keeps doing it , I have high functioning autism so I’m having a hard time understanding , She just needs better communication that’s all I’m asking
