On the positive note...MIKA is great. Thank you for your service and explaining everything in details before my daughter's haircut! Don't even bother with "massage therapist" Francis Marquez in loft #14. She has zero customer service skills. Didn't even go in there to see her but she doesn't know how to mind her own business and told me and my child to get out and wait outside in the 90° heat while my daughter got her hair done. Lily’s is a great barber and know what and how to achieve the best hair cut, the saloon is very clean and service is good
Mika was amazing. She listened and made great recommendations how to best cut my long Asian blonde hair to look full. She definitely is an expert in her craft. I will be making appointment with her again for coloring!
This review is for a haircut by Mika Yang - Mika was lovely and did a great job on my hair. She listened to my preferences, and then made suggestions based on my hair texture and face shape. While cutting my hair, she made additional suggested modifications for me to consider that turned out great. Highly recommend booking a hair appointment with Mika.
