My son had an appt with Kendall McCroy today, we waited 25 minutes and he never showed up. We texted him and no response.
I’m sure the stylists and other people that work there are great and all, but we come for the Bella and Jay show. Both of my kids get their hair cut with Bella. The kids both feel comfortable and relaxed getting their hair cut in the booth. Jay and Bella have a comfortable light hearted banter that feels normal to be part of. Glad we found this salon with two great people to be with when you need cosmetic needs.
I went for my haircut yesterday and it ended with worst cut, literally she just did what she wants to do, no interest to my request, it’s my hair and I am paying to you, so your job is to listen client requests and do the job. The most annoying part is I can’t even look how she is cutting my hair, after my request she lifted chair so I could have a GLANCE, and undeniably it’s the worst haircut service ever.
