Update 2021: I’m not sure why but getting a hold of the shop is really difficult. I called and it goes straight to voicemail, the social media isn’t active, and they don’t call back. I just decided to cancel my appointment since it was never confirmed or denied and I didn’t want to be stuck without my hair done for an event :( I called 7 times over 3 different days with no response.
