I visited this salon in February for highlights, and it turned out to be one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. First, there was someone getting a perm right next to me, and the amount of perm solution being used was overwhelming. The salon had no proper ventilation, and the strong chemical fumes made it extremely hard to breathe. Nothing like I wanted... horrible hair cut, color even worse... colors bled. I'm very angry

J'adore ce salon, le personnel est accueillant et amical. Je vais toujours voir Lisa pour mes cheveux et ceux de mes enfants, elle est excellente.! Mes cheveux sont toujours beaux et je me sent belle après chaque visite.

Can’t believe this is a real hair dressing salon. Went to this salon for the first time to get my hair cut and styled. No hair wash first or after (was told I had to ask). I have never been to salon where you had to ask to have your hair washed. The “stylist” sprayed a little water on my hair, did the cuts and then a very quick blow dry. My hair was still wet when I left. I was so disappointed. I am new to the area and was hoping to find a local salon. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes! What did I do wrong???
