여기는 손님을 너무 가볍게 대하는 곳인 것 같습니다. 주인으로 보이는 남성 원장님이 계셨는데, 원하는 스타일 사진을 보여드리자 굉장히 무례한 반응을 하셨습니다. “손님 머리로는 이 스타일이 안 나온다”, “손님들은 맨날 안 되는 머리 사진만 가져와서 해달라고 하고, 욕은 디자이너가 다 먹는다.“라는 말을 사진을 가져온 제가 일부러 들으라는 듯이 하시더군요. 충분히 설명해 주실 수 있는 부분을 손님이 민망할 정도로 말씀하시는 태도가 매우 불쾌했습니다. 결국 상담 끝에 다른 스타일로 하기로 합의했는데, 그마저도 상담한 내용과 다르게 길이와 숱을 본인 판단대로 마음껏 자르시면서 “이렇게 하는 게 더 예뻐요.“라고 하시더군요. 손님의 의견은 왜 물어보신 건지 모르겠습니다. 원하는 스타일을 반영하지 않을 거라면 상담은 왜 하고 비용은 왜 받는지 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 또한 펌 시술 중 중화 과정도 디자이너가 직접 하지 않고, 머리카락을 치우고 샴푸를 담당하시던 어시스턴트분이 진행하셨습니다. 시술의 중요한 과정까지 어시스턴트에게 맡기는 모습도 신... read more

Very disappointing experience. I clearly told the stylist that I wanted to keep my bangs long and he said “ok”, but he cut them a lot shorter anyway. When I told him it’s too short, he kept saying he had to follow the layers in the back. If that meant my bangs couldn’t stay long, he should have told me before cutting them. Now it’s gonna take months to grow it out. Another red flag was hearing him speak very aggressively to a customer on the phone about that customer called to rescheduling.
