This was a horrible experience. The people here are not even licensed nail techs and it shows. My shellac manicure was disgusting! I have nail polish all over my fingers, she left the sticky residue on and never even removed the cuticle. I left completely upset. I should have said something but I have not guts to.
It looks nice, but the customer service is not. The front desk is not friendly. In fact, they have been rude over the phone. There is a stylist there who claims she has a "heavy hand." Basically, she was pulling the hair way too hard while putting highlights on. I don't think getting highlights should hurt (Victoria!!). There was another stylist who dried hair with the cord LAYING on my chest the whole time. Apparently, she thought it was nice to give me dirty looks throughout the blo-dry. You gotta do this! It was my best friend's birthday party and we couldnt think of a different way to celebrate it. Then I remembered that my salon was offering a "Girl's Night Out" party, I immediately contacted them and the party was planned. My friends and I got our choice of one big service which was a cut, a pedicure, or a mini facial. AND we got to chose one other service as well, between a manicure, makeup, or an eyebrow wax for $35 a girl! It was SUCH a great deal.
