Horrible customer service! I booked the salon based on a referral from my friend. I got sick after eating lunch and could not make it to my appointment. Once I realized I couldn't make it, I called the salon. No one answered, so I left a message asking to reschedule due to being sick. No one called me back. However, the salon did find time to charge my card $305 on top of a $75 deposit. I called back twice and emailed twice. I finally received a call back.
